John Bruch

John Bruch has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry during which time he has been a Corporate Banker and Private Banker. Mr. Bruch began his career with Chemical Bank in New York where he completed Chemical’s management training program and spent five years as a Corporate calling officer and Correspondent banker. Most recently, he was a Director with the Citi Private Bank and previously served as a Managing Director and Senior Vice President for Wachovia Wealth Management. At Wachovia, Mr. Bruch managed the Baltimore office with responsibility for high net worth clientele. In a former capacity at Alex. Brown & Sons, he was a Vice President and a member of Retail Management. As a divisional credit officer, he was responsible for credit solutions, credit guidelines and related risk management duties. Prior roles at First National Bank of Maryland included Media and Communications specialty lending, as a team leader covering Fortune 500 companies in the western U.S. and as a relationship manager for Maryland based corporate clients. Mr. Bruch joined The Casey Group in 2009.

Mr. Bruch graduated from Washington & Lee University with a BA and he earned an MBA from Loyola College through the college’s Fellows Program.

Mr. Bruch is a Vice Chairman and Executive Committee member of the Baltimore Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and Vice President and Executive Committee member of the Maryland Military Historical Society. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of Center Stage and former Treasurer of Preservation Maryland. He is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Maryland Defense Force, Maryland Military Department.
